The Journal of Islamic Local Wisdom and Sustainable Development (JILWSD) is an international scientific journal published biannually (January-June and July December). This journal serves as a leading academic platform dedicated to publishing original research, conceptual studies, and case studies that integrate local wisdom rooted in Islamic values with the global sustainable development agenda (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs). This journal emerged from the academic recognition that current global development discourse requires a richer perspective, including insights from Islamic intellectual traditions and local wisdom that have proven to maintain social, ecological, and spiritual balance for centuries. JILWSD aims to address this gap by presenting studies rooted in Islamic values yet globally relevant and locally contextual.
