Reviewer
JILWSD maintains a diverse and qualified pool of peer reviewers drawn from leading academic institutions worldwide. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, publication record, and commitment to scholarly rigour.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a minimum doctoral degree (Ph.D./Dr.) in a relevant discipline
- Have published ≥ 3 articles in reputable indexed journals within the last five years
- Possess expertise aligned with the scope of the manuscript under review
- Declare no conflict of interest with the authors or content
- Commit to completing reviews within 21 working days
Reviewer Responsibilities
- Evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially under the double-blind protocol
- Provide constructive, detailed, and substantive feedback to authors
- Assess originality, methodology, theoretical contribution, clarity, and scope relevance
- Identify potential ethical concerns, plagiarism indicators, or data integrity issues
- Recommend: Accept / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Reject — with clear justification
- Declare any conflict of interest and recuse if necessary
Reviewer Recognition
- Annual Reviewer Acknowledgment List published in the December issue
- Certificate of appreciation issued upon request
- "Outstanding Reviewer" award for distinguished contributions
- APC waiver for one (1) article per year for active reviewers (≥ 3 reviews/year)

Qualified scholars may apply at https://jilwsd.or.id/reviewer-registration, providing their CV, ORCID iD, Scopus Author ID, and five areas of expertise.
