Author Fees
JILWSD operates on an open access model. An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable upon formal acceptance to cover peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and digital distribution.
Submission is always free of charge. APC is only charged after acceptance.

Waiver and Discount Policy
- Full waiver: Low-Income Countries (World Bank classification) — written request required
- 50% discount: Early Career Researchers (within 5 years post-doctorate) from Low-Middle-Income Countries
- Partial subsidy: Authors with grant funding — supporting documentation required
- Waiver requests submitted at the time of manuscript submission via Cover Letter or email to editor@jilwsd.or.id
- Waiver decisions are independent of editorial decisions

Payment details are provided in the Acceptance Letter following final acceptance of the manuscript.
