JILWSD is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content through multiple archiving services and systems.
Digital Preservation Services
- LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) — Distributed archiving network
- CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) — Triggered access in the event of publisher failure
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) — Automatic preservation via Public Knowledge Project
- Internet Archive (archive.org) — Open-access archiving of all journal content
- Portico — Digital preservation for scholarly journals
- National Library of Indonesia (Perpustakaan Nasional RI) — Legal deposit and national archiving
Self-Archiving and Repository
Authors may deposit the final published PDF (Version of Record) in institutional repositories or on ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and SINTA, provided proper attribution to JILWSD is maintained.
Website Archive
The JILWSD website archives all past issues in perpetuity. Back issues remain freely accessible in PDF and HTML formats from Volume 1 onward.
OAI-PMH Compliance
The journal is OAI-PMH compliant, enabling automatic metadata harvesting by major indexing services and academic search engines.
